The breakfast was good with a wide range of food and beverages. The room was terrific and delightful, with solid crisp WiFi, a view of the mountains, and very comfortable beds. The location in the Rocky Mountain Banff area is stunning, with a chic style building. The hotel is right by the Italian and offers a romantic getaway.

Reasonably priced food and tasty drinks. Good breakfast, delightful fairmont king room. Stunning location in the conference centre which is a separate building across from the main historic property, in the lovely area.

This place is luxurious, clean, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

Location: the hotel was close to Alberta, the river up and Canada. The food was appetising with plenty of choice! The view was amazing, the service was good.

The location was incredible, just a short distance from a large waterfall. There were a mall and gift shops around the hotel.- The double room with a view had all necessary amenities.

The hotel guests should be more shielded from the tourists (e.g. in Fairmont Lake Louise).

Chic budget hotel with absolutely breathtaking views of the Bow River valley. All the staff were happy to help. Great-sized and functional room with lovely bed, coffee, an iron, and a lounge. Certainly a very nice experience for celebrating birthday in Banff.

After complaint very helpful and fair handling

When we arrived, the room wasn't ready. The reception then offered us an immediately available super room for 40 dollars. Luggage should be delivered within 15 minutes. After 30 minutes we have complained, after 45 minutes again. After more than an hour, delivery was then made. The Super Room was very small and for Super very modestly equipped, e.g. no slippers. After a complaint we received a voucher worth 40 dollars.

Excellent, we spent a night in this majestic hotel and it was incredible!!! the attention of the staff, the facilities, the comfort of the hotel and the restaurant ... a real luxury! Super recommended!!!!

Lack of networking of the restaurant booking software. Wanted a table without reservation; great would be an info in which restaurant something would still have been available. . Rooms too small for the price.
